At The Kind Kangaroo, we’re all about making your experience simple and stress-free! If you need to exchange an item, here’s everything you need to know.
Here’s How It Works
- Exchanges Only: While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to help you find the perfect item through an exchange.
- 14-Day Window: Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
What’s Needed for an Exchange?
To ensure a smooth exchange process:
- The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage.
- The original tags and packaging should still be intact.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us with your order details and what you’d like to exchange.
- We’ll guide you on how to return the item to us.
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll ship out your replacement item.
Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You’ll cover the cost of shipping the item back to us for the exchange.
- The Kind Kangaroo's Responsibility: We’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
- Exceptions: If we’ve made an error with your order—such as sending the wrong item, size, or a damaged product—we’ll cover both the return shipping and the cost to send out the replacement.
A Few Exceptions
To keep things fair, we cannot accept exchanges for:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
